All Members have the option of adding a Postural and Instructional Analysis. This important evaluation provides us with a clear picture of your child’s movement patterns, including aspects such as posture, balance, and form. This allows us to identify small issues before they escalate into bigger ones and to provide your child with the right guidance from day one. The result? Safer training, better technique, and the confidence to move stronger in every sport and activity.

Personalized training focused entirely on your athlete’s specific needs, goals, and development areas. Ideal for individuals seeking personalized attention and accelerated progress.
Our Strength & Agility Group Training builds faster, stronger, more confident athletes. Each session combines age-appropriate strength work, speed mechanics, agility drills, coordination, and conditioning. Athletes learn proper technique, develop explosive power, improve footwork, and build the athletic foundation needed to excel in any sport—all in a motivating, team-style environment.
$20 / per class or $75 per month, recurring
The first Saturday of every month, PFN Athletics hosts our 2-hour Monthly Clinics — structured, age-based sessions designed to help young athletes build confidence and athletic ability. Each clinic combines conditioning, agility, and strength training in a focused, high-energy environment. Athletes learn proper movement patterns, improve coordination, and develop functional strength through drills tailored to their age group and skill level. These sessions are a great way to boost performance, stay active, and reinforce the fundamentals needed to excel in any sport.
